A 13 year old boy in Britain and his 15 year old girlfriend just became parents. Neither of them has any income, but the boy said that his father occassionally gives him 10 pounds. He's not sure how much diapers cost. Don't they have places to get birth control for free in England? None of those three kids is going to have much of a future.
OMG! I saw this too! He looks 8! I really have to wonder about teen pregnancy in the UK because that's not newsworthy here, so I wonder if they have low rates.
